CDG transfers, trade fair shuttles, ZFE-compliant vehicles. Navigating Paris logistics so your group doesn't have to.
Paris was the first city outside Munich where we set up operations, back in 2018. A corporate client who'd been using us for Messe München shuttles called and asked: "Can you do the same thing at Porte de Versailles next week?" We said yes, flew there, and spent a week vetting local operators. That's how it works.
The Paris transport market is complicated. The city has a Low Emission Zone (ZFE) inside the A86, which means not every bus can enter the city. Crit'Air vignettes, Euro emission standards, specific parking permits for coaches near tourist sites — it's a regulatory maze. Our Paris partner operators handle all of this. Every vehicle is Euro 6 compliant with valid permits. You don't need to think about it.
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is one of the busiest exhibition centres in Europe. VivaTech, Paris Air Show, Salon de l'Agriculture — huge international events that generate thousands of group transfers. Then there's Paris Nord Villepinte near CDG airport, which hosts the SIAL food fair, Intermat, and JEC World. Different location, different logistics, same level of service from us.
The La Défense business district is another major demand driver. Europe's largest purpose-built business quarter, with headquarters of Total, Société Générale, Areva, and dozens of multinational companies. Corporate groups need shuttles from hotels to La Défense conference centres, and the Grande Arche area has specific coach access points that our drivers know by heart.
For airport logistics: Charles de Gaulle (CDG) is the main international hub — about 35–50 minutes from central Paris. Orly is closer (25–40 minutes) and handles a lot of European and domestic traffic. Every coach hire and minibus charter comes with a professional driver who tracks flights in real time and knows which terminal, which arrivals hall, and where to position a 55-seater without getting fined.

Yes. Paris has a Low Emission Zone (ZFE — Zone à Faibles Émissions) covering the area inside the A86 motorway. All vehicles in our Paris partner fleet are Euro 6 compliant with valid Crit'Air vignettes, so they can operate freely within the ZFE. We handle the compliance — you don't need to worry about it.
CDG is about 35–50 minutes from central Paris depending on traffic. Our drivers track your flight and wait at the arrivals hall (Terminal 1, 2, or 3) with a name sign. For large groups, we coordinate meet points and luggage logistics in advance. The A1 autoroute can get congested during rush hours, so we always build in buffer time.
Orly is closer to central Paris — typically 25–40 minutes. It is often used for domestic and Southern European flights. Our Orly transfers follow the same process: flight tracking, arrivals hall pickup, pre-arranged meet point for groups. Orly has simpler logistics than CDG, which is a plus for large groups.
Absolutely. We provide shuttle services for all major Paris exhibition venues including Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris Nord Villepinte (near CDG), and the Palais des Congrès. Hotel-to-venue daily shuttles, multi-day packages, and airport-to-fair direct transfers are all standard.
A half-day minibus with driver (up to 18 passengers) in Paris starts around €500–700. A full-size 55-seat coach hire for a full day ranges €1,000–1,600. Airport transfers from CDG are typically €400–600 depending on group size. Prices include professional driver, fuel, tolls (péages), and parking. We provide exact quotes within 2 hours.
Yes, Versailles is only 40 minutes from central Paris. We also arrange day trips to the Champagne region (Reims/Épernay — about 90 minutes), Giverny (Monet's gardens — 75 minutes), and the D-Day beaches in Normandy (about 3 hours). Group day trips from Paris are one of our most popular services.
Every driver in our Paris partner network speaks English. This is a strict requirement — no exceptions. For some groups, we can also arrange French-speaking, German-speaking, or Mandarin-speaking drivers on request with advance notice.
"Organising transport for 80 delegates at VivaTech was a nightmare until we found Bus Booking. Two coaches, five days, hotel pickups at 7:30 AM, returns at different times each evening. They handled the whole schedule and adjusted on the fly when the conference programme changed. The drivers were fantastic — punctual, professional, and they actually knew Paris."
