Schiphol transfers, RAI convention shuttles, corporate off-sites. Canal city logistics sorted by people who know the roads.
Amsterdam was the second international city we expanded to, right after Paris in 2018. The demand was obvious: RAI Amsterdam hosts some of Europe's biggest conventions — IBC (International Broadcasting Convention), ISE (Integrated Systems Europe, before it moved to Barcelona), Interclean, TEFAF — and every single one generates hundreds of group transfers.
But here's what makes Amsterdam different from Munich or Paris: the city's infrastructure is not built for large vehicles. The canal ring, built in the 17th century, has narrow bridges, cobblestone streets, and tight corners that a 55-seat coach simply cannot navigate. That's why local knowledge matters so much here. Our Amsterdam partner operators know exactly which streets are accessible, where the designated coach drop-off points are, and how to get a group of 40 from Schiphol to a canal-side hotel without getting stuck under a bridge.
Schiphol Airport is a huge driver of our Amsterdam business. It's one of Europe's major hubs, with a massive volume of international corporate travellers. The airport is only 20–30 minutes from the city centre, which sounds easy until you're trying to coordinate the arrival of 50 people on different flights, get them all onto one or two coaches, and deliver them to a hotel in the Jordaan district during morning rush hour. That's the kind of thing we handle every week.
The Zuidas business district — Amsterdam's financial centre — is another major source of corporate transport demand. ING, ABN AMRO, Booking.com headquarters, Deloitte, EY — the big firms are all there, and they regularly need group transport for team events, client visits, and conference shuttles. Getting a minibus to the Zuidas is straightforward; getting it to a team dinner in a restaurant on a canal in the Nine Streets, less so. Our drivers know the difference.
Amsterdam is also one of Europe's top incentive travel destinations. Companies bring teams here for off-sites: canal cruises, Heineken Experience, cycling tours, Keukenhof tulips in spring, cheese markets in summer. We provide the charter bus with driver that connects all these activities — hotel pickup, venue transfer, evening return, next-day airport drop-off. Every vehicle comes with a professional driver who knows the city. No self-drive, no stress.

It depends. Amsterdam's canal ring has narrow streets, low bridges, and strict access restrictions for large vehicles. A full-size 55-seat coach can access drop-off points around Centraal Station, Museumplein, and the RAI area, but cannot navigate the narrow streets of the Jordaan or inner canal ring. For central Amsterdam events, we often recommend minibuses that can get closer to specific venues. Our drivers know exactly which streets are accessible for which vehicle sizes.
Schiphol Airport to central Amsterdam takes about 20–30 minutes by coach, depending on traffic. To the RAI convention centre it is about 15–20 minutes. To the Zuidas business district, roughly 15 minutes. Our drivers use the A4/A10 ring road and know which exits to take based on your specific destination.
Yes, RAI Amsterdam is one of our most-serviced venues in the Netherlands. We provide hotel-to-venue daily shuttles, Schiphol–RAI direct transfers, and multi-day packages for large exhibitions. We know the RAI coach parking areas and the best approach routes from different parts of the city.
A half-day minibus with driver (up to 18 passengers) in Amsterdam typically costs €400–550. A full-size coach hire for a full day ranges €850–1,300. Schiphol airport group transfers start around €300–450 depending on group size. All prices include professional driver, fuel, and parking. We provide exact quotes within 2 hours.
Absolutely. Keukenhof (spring tulip season only, March–May) is about 40 minutes from Amsterdam. Zaanse Schans windmills are only 20 minutes north. We also arrange trips to Giethoorn (the "Venice of the Netherlands" — about 90 minutes), The Hague, Rotterdam, and Bruges (Belgium — about 3 hours). Group day trips from Amsterdam are very popular, especially for incentive groups.
Coach parking in central Amsterdam is very limited and regulated. There are designated coach parking areas near Centraal Station (P1 Coaches), at the RAI, and at Museumplein. Our drivers handle all the parking logistics — they know where to stage, where to drop off, and where to wait. For events in the canal ring, we arrange drop-off/pickup points and the coach waits at a permitted location nearby.
Yes. Our Dutch partner network covers Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven, and Maastricht. Amsterdam is our busiest Dutch hub, but we can arrange transport in any major Dutch city, including cross-city routes (e.g., Schiphol to Rotterdam or Amsterdam to Eindhoven).
"We bring 200 delegates to RAI Amsterdam every year for IBC. Bus Booking handles Schiphol pickups, hotel-to-RAI daily shuttles, and an evening event transfer to a restaurant in the Jordaan. The fact that they knew a minibus — not a coach — was needed for the Jordaan pickup saved us a massive headache. That kind of local knowledge is worth everything."
